At The Artful Fox, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, our returns policy outlines how you can return items and request refunds or exchanges.
- Returns Window
You may return items within 30 days of receipt. Please ensure that returns are made within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and Unused: Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and unused. For art supplies, this means that paints, brushes, pens and other items should not be opened or used.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including any original packaging, labels, and accessories.
- Proof of Purchase: Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
- How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at peaktradersuk@outlook.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Receive Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on where to send the return.
- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including the RAN. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received substantially damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. We endeavour to issue refunds to the original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges: We do not accept exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Custom or Special Orders: Items made to order or customised for you, unless substantially damaged.
- Clearance Items: Items purchased on clearance may be final sale and not eligible for return.
- Products ordered as ‘damaged’: The Artful Fox often sells damaged goods at a heavily discounted rate. These items are bought as damaged, imperfect goods and therefore are accepted as such, and non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at peaktradersuk@outlook.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or incorrect item. If your request is in line with our policies, we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
