At The Artful Fox, we are committed to delivering your art supplies quickly and efficiently. We use Evri (formerly Hermes) to handle our shipments within the UK. This policy outlines our shipping practices and delivery times.
- Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your delivery location. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.
- Shipping Times
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Standard Delivery: Once your order is processed, it typically takes 2-5 business days for delivery within the UK.
- Express Delivery: For faster delivery, we offer an express shipping option which generally takes 1-2 business days. This option is available at checkout for an additional fee. Please note, processing times still apply to express deliveries.
- Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the Evri tracking system on their website https://www.evri.com/track-a-parcel.
- Delivery Issues
If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, please contact us immediately at peaktradersuk@outlook.com. We will work with Evri to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Shipping Restrictions
We currently only ship within the UK. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
- Delivery Address
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the total weight and size of your order, and will be displayed at checkout. We occasionally offer promotions or discounts on shipping costs, which will be reflected during the checkout process.
- Lost or Damaged Orders
- Lost Orders: If your order has not arrived within 7 business days after the expected delivery date, please contact us at peaktradersuk@outlook.com. We will investigate the issue and work with Evri to locate your package.
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
